Q: Are the poisonous plants referenced in your fragrances actually used in your products?

A: No. Our fragrances reference notes of historically toxic plants and fungi.
These are purely aromatic interpretations; no toxic plant or fungal extracts are present in any formulation.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging; however, due to the nature of fragranced products, candles, perfumes, and reed diffusers cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, or had their seal broken. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that scent preference is subjective and not a valid reason for return. Approved returns must be sent back at the customer’s cost, and refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and typically delivered within 2–4 working days across the UK; delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays, and international shipping times will vary depending on destination and are calculated at checkout.
